To meet the requirements and overcome the challenges faced when developing conceptual and detailed design for offshore foundations, DNV has developed the software Sesam and Bladed. The combination of these two software offers a complete, intuitive and user-friendly process for the design of turbines, in addition to ultimate strength and fatigue analysis of offshore wind turbine substructures.

It provides a tailor-made solution for structural strength analysis of fixed offshore wind support structures, such as wind turbine jackets, monopiles and substations.
