This could include breaches of DNV’s Code of Conduct, corporate policies and instructions, as well as applicable laws and regulations. Internally, employees should report issues directly to their line manager. Employees may also decide to report directly to the Group Compliance Officer, DNV’s internal Ombudsperson or DNV's Integrity Hotline.
The internal Ombudsperson also serves as an ethical helpline. The internal Ombudsperson has an independent role and contacts are treated anonymously on request. Incidents related to personal data protection should be reported to the Global Data Protection Officer.
Externally, customers, employees and other stakeholders should report concerns about potential misconduct to the internal Ombudsperson or DNV's Integrity Hotline, ensuring the anonymity of the reporting person.
Any indication of misconduct or a serious concern of misconduct can be made in writing, by telephone or in a personal meeting with any of the contacts below.
