Change of legal entity and bank details for DNV’s Renewables Certification business in Germany

Information about the legal separation of DNV Renewables Certification business in Germany from Germanischer Lloyd Industrial Services GmbH to DNV Renewables Certification GmbH

We wish to inform you of the following change for DNV’s Renewables Certification (“RC”) business in Germany. The RC business outside of Germany remains unaffected by this change.

As of 6th of September 2022 (“effective date”), we have separated the RC Germany business from Germanischer Lloyd Industrial Services GmbH and transferred it to the existing DNV Renewables Certification GmbH. The change is documented in the official commercial register.

Our well-established cooperation will in no way be affected by the separation. The same employees continue to work at the same locations, performing the same tasks. The RC business organization remains unchanged. The contact persons you know, both technical and commercial, remain the same and will continue to support you professionally and reliably in the future as employees of DNV Renewables Certification GmbH.
